The Sanctuary is open for group visits with Franciscans guide from 9 am to 11:30 am and from 2 pm to 5 pm.
During liturgical celebrations visiting the church is forbidden.

Services

- Movie (A Film about Sanctuary is shown in the Chapel of the Votive Gifts, its duration is 14 minutes, and it is available in English, German, Italian and Slovenian)

- The Church and the Chapel of the Votive Gifts (Sightseeing with Franciscans guide is possible from 9 am to 11:30 am and from 2 pm to 5 pm)

- The Treasury (To the Treasury we do not take persons younger than 15)

- Holy Mass (Holy Mass can be celebrated by groups that have their own Catholic priest. Between 11:30 am and 2 pm, and after 5 pm is not possible to celebrate a Holy Mass for groups.)

- Souvenir shop (Working hours: 8 am - 12 am and 4 pm -7 pm)

- Pilgrimage program on Saturdays (For organized pilgrimages on Saturdays in season from May to October we have the confession from 8 am, the way of the cross at 9 am, holy mass at 10 am, and farewell at 12 am)
